A nice little tug boat. Made in Hong Kong . No sign of a makers name, but an oil lamp symbol and 980B printed on the box . Has a 'torpedo' motor that should be held on by the suction cup. Unfortunately , the cup no longer holds suction , but the motor can be held sufficiently well by an elastic band (pictured). The box , as is the case with many vintage toys, is a lovely with the words 'A safe toy for the little boy'. The torpedo motor works nicely. I doubt this toy has been used in the water.
